Our Passion for Glamping and the Market’s Potential
We believe it’s no coincidence that after centuries of urbanization, the desire to reconnect with nature is stronger than ever — while still not wanting to give up the foundations of 21st-century comfort. We feel the same way. The COVID pandemic accelerated this shift, and glamping has been gaining momentum across the globe, turning beautiful, unique locations into extraordinary accommodation experiences.
Hungary is full of breathtaking yet underutilized areas where, with the right level of comfort, people would gladly spend even their entire annual vacation in peace and quiet.
Driven by this idea, and following years of research, we found what we believe is the most ideal glamping structure in every respect: the geodesic dome. In partnership with a high-quality manufacturer and holding exclusive distribution rights, Glampex is ready to serve the geodome-based glamping needs of all of Hungary — with heart and soul.

Glampex was founded with the goal of raising the standard of glamping in Hungary and the Central and Eastern European region. Our passion lies in nature-oriented, uncompromising relaxation, which is why we offer premium-quality yet affordable geodomes for glamping site developers, hospitality providers, and private users alike.
We firmly believe that the geodome is one of the most ideal glamping structures: it’s highly durable (even during earthquakes or extreme weather), energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and offers positive physiological benefits. It presents a new opportunity to connect with nature while providing comfortable, year-round accommodation.
Our mission is to deliver sustainable, eco-friendly, and innovative lodging solutions in locations where human presence does not harm the ecosystem. Currently, we specialize in various geodome models, but we’ll soon be expanding our portfolio with other glamping structures as well.
